Nexflow (formerly Eurojob-West) is a staffing agency specialising in the warehouse and logistics sector in Poland and Germany. We are rooted at the border — physically and operationally.
We don't operate in every market or serve every industry. We focus on what we know best: warehousing, logistics, transport — on both sides of the Oder River.

Over 10 years at the intersection of two economies.
We start as Eurojob-West — a small agency on the Polish-German border, specialising in connecting Polish workers with warehouse companies in Germany.
We open full operations on the Polish side. We begin serving Polish logistics companies — both by providing workers and recruiting permanent staff for them.
We cross the threshold of 100 simultaneously active temporary workers. We launch an internal compliance documentation tracking system.
We expand recruitment to new markets — Indonesia, Nigeria, Ghana, Colombia, Philippines. Today we manage workers from over 21 countries.
Rebranding. Eurojob-West becomes Nexflow — with a new brand, a digital platform in development and an ambitious plan to scale operations across the entire DE-PL corridor.
